What packages do Rebel Internet offer?
Rebel offers three full-fibre packages for customers in Openreach full-fibre enabled areas:
- Rebel 115 – 115Mb download / 20Mb upload
- Rebel 330 – 330Mb download / 50Mb upload
- Rebel 1000 – 1000Mb download / 115Mb upload
For customers in part-fibre areas, the available option is:
- Rebel Fibre – 74Mb download / 19Mb upload
Broadband packages come in three contract lengths:
- 24 months
- 12 months
- 1 month
There’s no set-up fee for 24- or 12-month contracts, although a £100 upfront cost applies to the 1-month option.
Can I get a phone line with Rebel?
Rebel offers a Voice over IP (VoIP) phone service costing £10 per month. For this, customers receive access to unlimited domestic phone calls (fixed lines and mobile) and all UK special numbers except 0900 numbers, can keep your existing home phone number and do not need to purchase new, expense handsets. Please note that at this time, calling international numbers is not possible with Home Phone.

All Rebel broadband connections include a Heights Wi-FI 6 router as standard.

Rebel SuperPods
Rebel's standard Heights Wi-FI 6 is a powerful router which will give you great Wi-Fi, but in larger homes you may experience 'black spots' that are out of reach of the router.
For this, Rebel offers their Superpods - mesh Wi-Fi extenders that link seamlessly with the main router to extend the coverage area and eliminate dead zones.
These are an extra £5 a month per pod, and the number of SuperPods you will need depends on the size and layout of your home. Rebel suggest 1 SuperPod for every 2-3 rooms, or 1 per floor.

Can you get a static IP with Rebel?
Yes, Rebel offer Static IP's as an add-on for an extra £2.50 per month.
Does Rebel Internet offer a Fixed Price Guarantee?
Yes, Rebel are one of few providers that offer a fixed price guarantee. At the end of their contract period, customers are moved onto a rolling contract basis at the same rate (although these may be subject to price changes).
How do I switch to Rebel Broadband?
