TalkTalk began life in 2003 as a subsidiary of Carphone Warehouse. In 2010 they split from Carphone Warehouse and quickly became one of the most popular broadband providers offering some of the lowest priced packages in the UK.

What is TalkTalk TV?

TalkTalk TV is a flexible TV service available exclusively to TalkTalk fibre and full fibre broadband customers. TalkTalk TV doesn’t come with the usual lengthy contract that you expect from other providers. Instead you just add and remove TV like a pick ‘n’ mix.

Android TV powered TV Hub

For an additional £5 per month, TalkTalk Fibre and Full Fibre customers can sign up to TalkTalk TV and receive the Android TV powered TV Hub. There are no lengthy contracts, you can add or remove content every month and only pay for what you want to watch.

Features of the TV Hub are listed as:

NOW TV

NOW Memberships can be easily added to your TalkTalk TV package and combined under the same bill, and because TalkTalk TV is flexible, you can add and remove your NOW Memberships one month at a time.

As an extra bonus NOW Boost is also included for free with any NOW Membership taken with TalkTalk TV. Normally costing an additional £5 a month, Boost allows you to watch in full HD on up to three devices at the same time. It also removes the ads for some content.

Fibre plus Netflix package

TalkTalk’s fibre plus Netflix package is perfect for fibre broadband customers who don’t want any other TV content apart from Netflix.

This package gives you a Netflix Standard plan, plus your fibre broadband all on one handy bill, making it easy to keep track of.

You can easily link your existing Netflix account, or create a new one. Plus, you can easily upgrade to a Netflix Premium plan for an additional fee if you want the ultimate 4k Ultra HD viewing experience.

Of course, you can still add talk TalkTalk TV if you wish, but this is a great option for those who only want Netflix.
